We all know that in the past few weeks our nation has had ample financial issues. With all of these problems falling onto the American people many have lost their homes, and cannot even afford food for their families. We call upon the students and community members of White Bear Lake to help our fellow citizens now. The student council is working on putting together the fall food drive at this time, and they are working hard, but they need help. We can make a difference in the lives of people in OUR community, please, spread the word about this year’s fall food drive and donate. Send non perishable food items to any White Bear Lake school during the food drive. In addition to the food drive, student council will also be coordinating the annual trick-or-can as well. High school students will be going door to door on Halloween night asking if community members would like to donate, so have any donations ready.
