For all you choir people out there trying to letter and desperately need the points, or a band geek who feels like you need some extra credit, here's a great opportunity to earn it! Every year in December at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, the music program puts together a giant Christmas concert which includes an orchestra (and I mean a real orchestra, not one of those dinky little groups with a couple violins and a wind instrument or two) and all seven of the choirs with participants aged 4 to 70+. I'm totally serious about the age range. St. Andrew's has a really big music program. This is not something you'll want to miss. Trust me.
Plus, several White Bear students are in the Sr. High choir, so why wouldn't you want to come? Concert times are 3:30 and 6:00 on December 14th, free admission! If you need directions to the church, mapquest it. 900 Stillwater Rd. Mahtomedi, MN. or visit |
