Does anybody else agree with me that Tina Fey's impressions of Sarah Palin are downright scary because they're so dead-on? I'm a twin (obviously, for those who know me), and I can't even do that good of an impression of my sister. How does Tina Fey do it? She sounds exactly like Palin, and manages to copy her mannerisms and speech patterns down to perfection. I mean, she and Palin could be those creepy kind of twins always portrayed in horror movies that sound and act identically. The only difference between the two is that Tina Fey has a smaller face, and is slightly skinnier than Sarah Palin. Even though some would disagree, Palin never actually answers questions, unless she actually knows the answer for herself. The way Tina Fey captures that limited glimpse of political ignorance is absolutely astonishing. Even Tina's air of over-confidence and slight arrogance is exactly the same as Sarah Palin's.
Don't get me wrong; I think it's great that Palin is running as a female for vice president, especially knowing that some people would have problems about her family priorities and what not. I just would have preferred Hillary Clinton. Anyway, I'll continue to watch every Tina Fey impression as possible, because, let's face it: even if you're a Republican or Democrat, Tina Fey's impressions are, hilariously, dead-on Sarah Palin.
